1. Overview
   MillionDollarHomepage2.com provides digital advertising space as pixel blocks on a public grid. By using the site, purchasing blocks, or using resale features, you agree to these Terms.
2. Digital Service
   A purchase grants a right to submit and display ad content on purchased blocks, subject to payment, approval, and compliance with these Terms.
3. Order Flow, Reservations, and Deadlines
   Unpaid reservations are temporary and are automatically released when their timer expires.
   After payment, you have a limited completion window to finish required ad details. The current incomplete-order auto-cancel window is 5 days (120 hours). If this window expires before completion/submission, the order is auto-cancelled, blocks are released, and refunds are not available.
4. Required vs Optional Ad Data
   Required before approval: valid URL (link), valid wallet address, and grid image.
   Optional (recommended): popup text and popup image.
5. Approval and Content Rules
   I may approve or reject submissions at my discretion. Content must not be illegal, nude, offensive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law or these Terms.
6. Refund Policy (Required Acknowledgment)
   Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of payment and only if the order has not been approved.
   Refunds are handled by admin review (no self-service refund button). Requests can be sent via Contact or Buyer Support.
   Once approved, all sales are final. After approval and/or minting, refunds are not available.
   Auto-cancelled incomplete orders after the completion deadline are non-refundable.
   Mint-related fees are non-refundable.
7. Minting and Wallet Responsibility
   Blocks are minted on Solana. You are responsible for providing and controlling a valid wallet address and for wallet security. Loss of wallet access is outside site control.
8. Resale Rules (On-Site)
   Resale listing support is available for eligible blocks.
   A relist cooldown of 1 hour applies between listings for the same block/seller path.
   Listings below 85% of the latest recorded sale price trigger a warning and require explicit confirmation; this is a warning flow, not a hard minimum price floor.
9. Ownership, Transfers, and Edit Rights
   On-chain ownership determines entitlement to ownership-based actions.
   For site editing rights, ownership must be verified in the site system (wallet link/sync may be required).
   For minted blocks, edits are limited to one edit per ownership cycle.
   A genuine transfer to a different owner wallet can open a new cycle after verification/sync.
   Transfers between wallets linked to the same site account do not automatically reset the edit cycle.
10. Wallet Locking
    Wallet changes may be restricted after approval and/or minting to preserve order integrity.
11. Royalties & Third-Party Marketplaces
    Creator royalties may depend on marketplace enforcement. Some marketplaces are royalty-optional; royalty payout cannot be guaranteed on all third-party platforms.
12. Availability, Liability, and Contact
    Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
    To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

Ownership & Resale of NFT Ad Blocks

Each 10×10 block corresponds to one NFT.

Marketplace metadata can reflect a historical state at the time of mint/listing, while on-site display rights follow current verified ownership and current approved on-site content state.

After ownership transfer, the new owner may submit updates according to the active workflow and limits described above.
