Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 14, 2026

  1. Overview
MillionDollarHomepage2.com provides digital advertising space as pixel blocks on a public grid. By creating an account, using the site, purchasing blocks, submitting content, connecting a wallet, minting an NFT, or using marketplace/resale features, you agree to these Terms.
  2. Contact
The site is operated by [LEGAL FULL NAME], [LADUNGSFAEHIGE ADDRESS], Germany. General contact is available through milliondollarhomepage2.com/contact.
  3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account login, email account, wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our own proven security failure.
  4. Digital Service
A purchase grants a right to submit advertising content for display on purchased pixel blocks, subject to payment, completion of required ad details, admin review, minting/publication rules, ownership verification, and compliance with these Terms. Purchases are digital services and do not include physical goods.
  5. Prices, Taxes, and Invoices
Prices and order totals are shown at checkout. Taxes, duties, and reporting obligations may depend on your location and status. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, wallet/network costs, or third-party fees that apply to your purchase, resale, minting, wallet transaction, or receipt of funds, except where the site is legally required to collect or show them directly. Receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations may be provided through WooCommerce, payment providers, or account/order pages where available.
  6. Free First-Block Offer
If a free first-block offer is active, eligible users may receive the block purchase price for one 10×10 block as a discount while the offer remains available. Eligibility may depend on account, wallet, IP address, abuse-prevention checks, remaining free-claim pool, and other site rules. The offer may be changed, paused, or ended for future orders. Minting/network surcharges, wallet gas, payment-provider fees, taxes, and other third-party costs may still apply where shown or required.
  7. Grid Selection, Reservations, and Availability
Unpaid selections and reservations are temporary. Blocks that are occupied, ordered, sold, locked, reserved, listed for resale, or otherwise unavailable cannot be purchased as new blocks. If a reservation or order expires, is cancelled, or is invalidated, the affected blocks may be released for other users.
  8. Order Flow and Completion Deadline
After payment, you have a limited completion window to finish required ad details. The current incomplete-order auto-cancel window is 5 days (120 hours). If this window expires before the required ad details are completed and submitted, the order may be auto-cancelled, the blocks may be released, and refunds are not available.
  9. Required and Optional Ad Data
Required before approval: a valid URL/link and a grid image. Optional but recommended: popup text, popup image, and an Ethereum wallet address. You may be required to connect or verify an Ethereum wallet before minting, ownership actions, post-mint edits, or resale actions can be completed.
  10. Content Rules and Review
We may approve, reject, remove, hide, suspend, or require changes to submitted content at our discretion. Content must not be illegal, nude, sexually explicit, hateful, abusive, misleading, deceptive, infringing, malware-related, spam-related, impersonating another party, violating rights of publicity or privacy, or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law or these Terms. You are responsible for having all rights needed for the images, logos, text, links, and other materials you submit.
  11. Copyright, Trademark, Privacy, and Takedown Requests
If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights, contact us through milliondollarhomepage2.com/contact. Please identify the affected block/content, describe the rights you claim are affected, provide enough information to evaluate the request, and include a way to contact you. We may hide, remove, disable, or restrict content while reviewing a complaint.
  12. Refund Policy
Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours after payment and only while the order is still unapproved and unminted. Refunds are handled by admin review; there is no self-service refund button. Requests can be sent through Contact or, where available, Buyer Support.
Once an order is approved, or once any related block has been minted, all sales are final except where required by applicable law.
Auto-cancelled incomplete orders after the completion deadline are non-refundable.
Mint-related fees, network surcharges, gas, blockchain transaction costs, and payment-processing costs are not separately refundable after approval, minting, or deadline-based non-refundable lock, except where required by applicable law.
  13. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer withdrawal rights may apply. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. Where legally permitted, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and to acknowledge that approval, publication, custom preparation, or minting may affect or end withdrawal rights. The site refund rules above apply in addition to, and not instead of, mandatory consumer rights.
  14. Blockchain, Network, and Minting
    The NFT flow is Ethereum-based.
An NFT represents the relevant block token on the configured blockchain network. Blockchain transactions are public and may be irreversible. Network fees, gas prices, wallet behavior, block confirmations, wallet provider availability, and third-party chain infrastructure are outside our direct control.
  15. Ethereum Wallet Responsibility
You are responsible for providing, connecting, and controlling a valid Ethereum wallet when required. You must not connect a wallet you do not control. Loss of wallet access, loss of private keys or seed phrases, wallet compromise, incorrect wallet selection, unsupported wallet software, or transaction rejection is outside site control.
  16. Minting and Publication
For Ethereum orders, after payment, required ad completion, and approval, you may need to connect an Ethereum wallet and confirm the mint transaction. You will pay the network gas directly in your wallet. Final public grid publication may depend on successful minting, admin approval, and the current publication rules. If minting fails, is rejected, is abandoned, or remains incomplete, the order may remain unpublished, require retry, require support review, or be subject to the configured mint deadline rules.
  17. Ownership, Wallet Linking, and Site Rights
On-chain ownership is the main source of truth for NFT ownership. Site features may also require the relevant wallet to be linked, verified, or synced to the correct site account. One wallet address may belong to only one site account at a time. An account may link more than one wallet over time, subject to the active site rules for the specific action.
  18. Post-Mint Edit Rights
After a block is minted, user edits are limited. A minted block may allow a one-time edit draft during the current ownership cycle, followed by resubmission and admin review. A genuine transfer to a different owner wallet may open a new edit cycle after ownership verification and site sync. Transfers between wallets linked to the same site account do not automatically reset the edit cycle. Admin override may be used only where the site provides or applies an explicit admin path.
  19. Resale and Marketplace Features
On-site resale, listing, offer, and marketplace features may be available for eligible blocks. Availability may depend on account status, verified ownership, wallet linkage, chain state, site settings, and marketplace rules. A relist cooldown of 1 hour applies between listings for the same block/seller path. Listings below 85% of the latest recorded sale price trigger a warning and require explicit confirmation; this is a warning flow, not a hard minimum price floor.
  20. Resale Settlement and Transfer Risk
A resale listing or accepted offer does not guarantee that an on-chain transfer will complete. If a resale payment, listing, wallet, ownership, approval, or on-chain transfer becomes inconsistent, the transaction may be placed on hold for admin review, retry, cancellation, refund review, or other corrective handling. WordPress/site records and blockchain records may need to be reconciled before resale handover or post-sale editing rights are granted.
  21. Royalties, Creator Earnings, and Third-Party Marketplaces
Creator royalties, resale fees, or creator earnings may depend on the NFT contract, marketplace policy, wallet behavior, and third-party enforcement. Some third-party marketplaces may not enforce royalties or may change their policies. We do not guarantee royalty payout or third-party marketplace compatibility.
  22. Traffic, Statistics, and Public Counters
Public traffic, visitor, click, view, and listing statistics are provided for informational purposes only. They may be delayed, cached, filtered, estimated, corrected, reset, or affected by bot filtering, cache rules, analytics tools, or technical errors. They are not a guaranteed basis for valuation, revenue, or performance claims.
  23. Privacy and Data
We collect and process information needed to operate the site, including account details, email address, order details, payment/order status, uploaded content, submitted links/text, wallet addresses, blockchain transaction references, support messages, technical logs, cookies, and traffic/security data. See the Privacy Policy at milliondollarhomepage2.com/privacy-policy for details.
  24. Third-Party Services
The site may rely on third-party services such as WordPress, WooCommerce, payment providers, wallet providers, WalletConnect/Reown, Ethereum RPC providers, blockchain explorers, email providers, hosting/CDN/security providers, and NFT marketplaces. We are not responsible for third-party outages, fees, policy changes, wallet behavior, marketplace behavior, or blockchain network conditions.
  25. No Investment Advice or Guaranteed Value
Blocks and NFTs are sold as digital advertising/display products. We do not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. We do not guarantee resale value, market liquidity, traffic, clicks, revenue, ranking, appreciation, marketplace support, or continued demand.
  26. Availability and Changes
Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. We may update site features, prices, fees, supported wallets, networks, marketplace behavior, security rules, moderation rules, and these Terms. Material changes should be posted on the site with an updated date.
  27. Suspension and Enforcement
We may suspend accounts, orders, listings, publishing, minting, resale actions, support access, or site features where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment disputes, ownership inconsistencies, content violations, or abuse of the service.
  28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, lost-wallet, lost-key, lost-opportunity, market-value, blockchain-network, wallet-provider, or third-party-service damages is excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
  29. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. Where legally permitted, disputes with business users are handled by the courts at the operator’s registered place of business. Mandatory consumer venues remain unaffected.
  30. Ownership and Resale of NFT Ad Blocks
Each 10×10 block corresponds to one NFT token on the configured blockchain network. Marketplace metadata can reflect a historical state at the time of minting, listing, or marketplace indexing, while on-site display rights follow current verified ownership and the current approved on-site content state. After ownership transfer, the new owner may submit updates only according to the active workflow, ownership verification, wallet-linking requirements, and edit limits described above.
